Job Description

  •   Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
  •   Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
  •       Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
  •       Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  •       Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Requirements

  •       At least 2 years of expert programming experience in Java/Kotlin with strong understanding of OOPS concept 
  •       Must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of Android UI design principles and patterns. Should be proficient with the concepts of dependency injection, architectural and design patterns like RxJava, MVVM and EventBus etc. 
  •       Must have worked on Published app in Google Play (or widely-deployed by other means) 
  •       Should be proficient with multi-threading / asynchronous logic, REST & JSON, android libraries like retrofit, build systems like gradle. 
  •       A solid foundation in computer science, with sound knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design is a must
  •       Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
  •       Experience with offline storage, threading, performance tuning, cloud message APIs and push notifications
  •       Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers
  •       Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
  •       Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  •       A knack for benchmarking and optimization
  •       Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
  •       Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
  •       Nice to have
  •       Familiarity with continuous integration
  •       Experience in Dart & Flutter
  •       UI and Unit Testing
  •       Experience in competitive programming
