The Membership Administrator Traineeship position is the perfect opportunity for a conscientious, organized and energetic person with excellent interpersonal and written skills who wants to be part of the fast-moving world of exclusive wellness and sport clubs. You will assist the Aspria Membership Administration Team.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the administration team, you support the Country Membership Administrator Manager and the Administration Team in their daily activities :

  • You check the contracts’ validity and ensure the process has been correctly implemented with the support of our sales team;
  • You update our members’ profile in our database and record any member requests on their file
  • You deal with all incoming calls, emails and post
  • You produce and generate the invoices and you collaborate with our financial department in order to follow up on the payments
  • You produce and update weekly reports
  • You support others departments when needed

Profile

  • You are studying administration or accountancy
  • You are fluent in French and English - Dutch is an asset
  • You have excellent written skills in French and English
  • You have good knowledge on MS Office (especially Excel program)
  • You have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are highly organized, rigorous and flexible
  • You have a high team spirit

Membership Services Trainee

Function

We are looking for a Member Services Trainee to support the Aspria Membership Services Team. The role of this department is to provide outstanding levels of member services, improving retention by taking care of the members from their enrolment throughout their Club life.

Key responsibilities

As a member of this team, you support the Membership Service Manager and the Membership Services Coordinator in their daily activities and work in contact with members :

  • You prepare the new member’s orientation
  • You update the member’s profiles
  • You deal with phone calls and mailing
  • You analyze data related to retention and attrition
  • You will follow-up the members after orientation
  • You will be in charge of the Members’ feedback procedure

Profile

You have good communication skills and want to develop a service relationship with new and existing members. You are highly organized for the follow up of all enquiries and the administrative part of new contracts.

  • You are studying communication, (sport-) administration, tourism
  • You are fluent in French, English - Dutch is an asset
  • You have  good knowledge on MS Office (specially Excel program)
  • You are customer service oriented
  • You have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are highly organized
  • You have a high team spirit
