Who are we looking for?
This candidate will play a key role in territory development, opportunity identification, qualification and revenue generation of products or services within the Healthcare & Corporate Wellness Sector. The individual will identify, profile, engage target clients and drive net new revenue growth for each individual company. The candidate will be responsible for producing prospects, qualified leads and opportunities through telephone, email and on-line sales lead generation techniques.

What is the role and what are your responsibilities?

  • Perform needed research about potential clients, capturing or correcting contact and organisation information. Identify best contacts within an organisation along with other key information as required per company
  • Manage front end of the sales funnel for each company from initiating prospective client cold calls and outbound emails to documenting progress and related results in our CRM tool
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual prospecting targets
  • Prepare and deliver detailed activity and opportunity reporting on a weekly basis; track appropriate customer interactions in our CRM system in order to proactively manage each company’s business development pipeline

What experience and qualifications do I need?

  • Proven work experience prospecting or inside sales activity
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
  • Track record of successfully meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience using CRM tools and other lead generation tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Salary range:

  • €30,000 - 35,000 per year salary
  • Performance-related bonus included
