VetsEZ is seeking a highly talented remote Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) Specialist to be a part of a remote team supporting a government project providing comprehensive, modernized, automated, and streamlined capabilities while supporting the employee lifecycle throughout. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing specific business processes regarding department operations methods and controls.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analyzing IT business and information environment.
  • Effectively recommend and implement improvements to the business and data architectures that will improve overall agency performance.
  • Defining business requirements and reporting them back to respective stakeholders.
  • Recommend solutions for planning problems and technical phases of comprehensive planning projects.
  • Identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements.
  • Apply management analysis processes, statistical methods, and advanced technical and analytical research techniques to develop solutions and mitigating strategies based on business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other Engineering or technical discipline.
  • 10 years acting as an Executive Level Advisor and Senior Functional Leader to apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • Expertise in providing group facilitation, interviewing, training, and providing additional forms of knowledge transfer.
  • Extensive IT experience in the analysis, design, and integration of information systems and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and development software.
  • Well-versed in understanding structured analysis and design methodologies for the translation of systems requirements from business needs with a proven track record.
  • Ability to evaluate cost factors and risk.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in the VA or other health-related organizations desired.
  • Ability to obtain a government clearance.
