About the Domestic position

We are seeking a dedicated domestic staff to join our company.  You will be required to maintain the assigned areas in a tidy manner. You will be required to do various cleaning activities such as mopping, dusting, sweeping, etc. This role is for 25hrs per week, however, flexibility is offered for the right candidate. 

Responsibilities:

  • To clean all allocated rooms including furniture, fittings, fabric, carpets and equipment

  • Making sure that all the work areas assigned are clean and well kept

  • Ensuring that inventory is well stocked

  • Showing a high level of professionalism

  • Familiar with the health and safety practices

  • To deal with the waste bags and their prescribed disposal

  • To be aware of the health and safety statement of the COSHH statement

  • Maintain client and business confidentiality at all times

  • Ensure that rooms are odour free

  • Cleaning the bathrooms and toilets, with particular attention to guidelines for the control of germs and infestation

  • Resident laundry as required 

Domestic staff requirements are:

  • Experience as a cleaner

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Friendly nature

  • Efficient and quick with work
