What is Loop?

Loop is a zero-waste shopping platform featuring everyday products from our favourite brands, in fully renewable packaging. A first of its kind solution to tackle single-use packaging. From disposable to reusable.

Loop was launched in May 2019 by TerraCycle, which has been eliminating the Idea of Waste® since 2001 by recycling the non-recyclable and reducing disposability at its source. Working with many of the world's largest consumer brands (including P&G, Nestlé, Unilever, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Mondēlez,...) and some of the world’s largest retailers (Tesco, Carrefour, Walgreens,...), it is a groundbreaking step towards the end of single-use disposable materials and the beginning of a circular economy for the consumer goods industry. Loop was launched in both France and the US last May, with plans to expand into several new markets including Canada, Japan, the UK and Germany in 2020.

Job Overview 

We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, highly organized and team-focused Digital Marketing Executive (German speaking) with experience to support our fast-growing operations in Europe. She/He will integrate Loop’s Marketing and Communications team located in the European HQ in West London, and report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of our e-commerce website including: product and content upload, writing product descriptions and site optimization.
  • Responsible for the delivery of online sales campaigns. 
  • Analyzing the ROI of marketing activities, reporting on them and making recommendations to adjust our digital marketing strategy accordingly
  • Supporting the management of email marketing campaigns, affiliate programs, CRM and digital advertising
  • Assisting content creation for Loop’s website, email marketing, and social media
  • Sharing suggestions to improve customer experience, drive recruitment and conversion rates.
  • Improving SEO and ensuring a strong brand message is implemented consistently across all digital channels
  • Assisting with the creation of digital content working closely with our graphic designers
  • Identifying actionable insights from Google Analytics and key eCommerce metrics
  • Managing relationships with senior stakeholders working for Loop’s partners

Requirements/Skills

  • 2 to 3 years experience working on digital marketing strategy (eCommerce would be a plus)
  • Excellent English & German communication and writing skills
  • Passionate about sustainability, digital ecosystems and innovation
  • Ability to work within a team, in an international working environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with different functions
  • Ability to problem solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities
  • Proactive and solution-focused
  • Creative thinking mixed with the ability to drive insights from data
